Dendrobium bifalce an Aussie native, and also found in Timor Island, New Britain, Sabai and Tanimbar Islands, the Solomon Islands, and New Guinea.
Plants are usually found from sea level to over 1000 meters above. Often found high in trees with lots of light and plenty of humidity.
This plant usually grows up to 30 cm's, and have up to 12 flowers clustered on an inflorescence with flowers up to 2 1/2 cms.

Ideal conditions are
- medium to high filtered light,
- warm to hot locations
- in a well drained mix that dries before it is watered again.
They can be grown on a mount.
