Dendrobium trilamellatum x tangerinum have been crossed to hopefully produce compact plants with lots of flowers.
tangerinum usually has many inflorescence from the same psudobulb and I expect this seedling to be no different.
The tangerinum used flowers with good colour and shape and usually 17 flowers.
The trilamellatum used has high flower count with honey fragrance.
Expect the best to have orange flowers with good count and shape.
Ideal conditions are
- medium to high light that is filtered,
- warm to hot locations
- in a well drained mix that dries before it is watered again.
They can be grown on a mount or on trees.
