These terms supersede previous terms and may be amended to suit the business operational needs.
Sunnyview Orchids endeavors to make listings as accurate as possible, however some items may be in short supply and may even be sold out. Plants in flower cost more.
Orders are preferred online, by website or email, but are also welcome by phone. Orders must be placed and paid by 5PM Sunday AEST for the following weeks mail out.
Sunnyview Orchids is also happy to take pre orders for shows, markets and orchid meetings that we attend.
All prices includes GST.
Full payment is required before plants leave site and also within 7 days of placing the order, which includes local pickup. After this time, Sunnyview Orchids may choose to cancel the order.
Accepted payment methods are cash or EFTPOS on site, PayPal, most major credit cards and direct deposit.
Sunnyview Orchids is experienced at mail orders and welcomes this. Please advise of any special delivery requirements.
Postage costs includes packaging and handling. We try to keep costs as low as possible, by offering an attractive set fee for all shipping. Postage payment must be received in full before the order can be shipped. If you choose the pickup from show or store option in postage, we will hold the item for you to collect.
Plants in 50mm pots will be sent in the pot. Advanced plants in pots bigger then this, are sent bare root wrapped with damp spagnum moss around the roots. This has been found to be the most cost effective method for transport, with the least stress for the plants.
Customers can order larger plants in the pot, but transport costs will be higher as a result and will be added to the customers total. Please inform us of this request, and the invoice will be amended accordingly.
Postage is by regular post using Sunnyview Orchids preferred postal carriers, unless prior arrangement has been made. If the customer prefers express post, then this will be at the customers expense and added to the total. Please inform us of this request.
Postage to PO boxes may incur an additional fee as Australia Post is expensive for heavier orders and not our preferred transport method in that case.
Some locations may incur an additional charge, and depending on locations or seasonal weather, the plants may need to be sent express or delayed. We will inform you if there is a delay expected.
We post order on Monday. If Monday is a public holiday, then we post the next available business day.
We can't post to WA, NT or Tasmania due to restrictions. (Flasks are an exception)
We do not post outside Australia.

Remote regions can take longer.
